Excexise has been linked to weight loss and because of that many peoplehave a negative midset when we advise excercise. However, excercise is not only meant for weight loss.

Instead of viewing excercise as a a chore we can find ways to make excerise fun. The more common type of excericise is weights and running. But other activities that could be considered excercising is jumprope, skating, swimming and dancing. The most effective way to excericse in finding what you enjoy and do that. Lets get started!
