Hello and welcome! I’m delighted to have you here. I am a Psychiatric Mental health Practitioner.  I have been in the medical field for over 20years.  The purpose of this website is to provide you with a variety of resources to balance your mental health. Whether you’re looking to learn about the impact of exercise, nutrition, or day-to-day factors such as managing finances, jobs, and homelife, you’ll find valuable information and practical methods to implement in your life. I will use my professional knowledge to share many of these topics with you.

Often, we associate mental health with depression, anxiety, stress etc. These are not wrong but there is so much more to it. Sometimes the cause of our decline in mental health can be due to the stressors in our daily life.  Finding a way to balance all these stressors can be hard. Our physical well-being, the food we eat, and even our financial stability can all affect our mental state. By understanding these connections, we can take positive steps to improve our mental well-being.

On this website, I’ll be sharing a wealth of information on a variety of topics related to mental health. You’ll find articles, guides, and resources that cover:

  • Exercise: Discover how physical activity can boost your mood and reduce stress. We’ll review many types of exercises and how they will help you. Everyone has a type of exercise they prefer. We’ll discuss many of these and find what best works for you.
  • Nutrition: Learn about the vital role that diet plays in mental health and how to eat for a healthier mind. Diets do not have to be boring and they do not have to be associated with weight loss. We will explore fun ways to make your eating habits in a way that you will find pleasure.
  • Financial Management: Get tips on managing your finances to reduce stress and anxiety. Finances is a large part of our stress. Our finances dictate so many things in our life. We will discuss ways to help you take control of your finances.
  • Work and Homelife Balance: Find strategies to balance the demands of work and home life, creating a more harmonious and less stressful environment. Juggling everything can be overwhelming.
  • Coping mechanisms: We’ll discuss many different self-care techniques that can help you on a personal way.
  • Mental health diagnosis: learning about the different mental health disorders can help to understand how to manage them.
  • Holistic measures: in addition to medicine prescribed by your physician there are many holistic measures that have proven helpful to manage mental health. We will learn more about all of these.
  • Spiritual health: we should never discount the significance of our spiritual health and it’s impact on our mental health. We will learn more about this and how to make this a part of our life.
